Privacy Policy

Effective September 21, 2026. This policy covers belmontlabscorp.com. Each Belmont Labs product has its own privacy policy, shown in the app and on its website.

What this site collects

If you use the contact form: your name, organization, email, and message, plus your IP address and the time you sent it. Automatically: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested), kept for 90 days for security and troubleshooting. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

To reply to you and to keep the site secure. We don't sell personal information and don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Our hosting provider (DigitalOcean, United States) and our email delivery vendor (MailerSend), which handle data only to provide those services. Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect rights and safety.

Our products

The TowFi apps, RunGo Maps, ToolBox Financial, Primary Care Live, and EMRfi each collect different information for different purposes, and each has its own policy. Payment details entered in any Belmont Labs product go directly to Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy; financing applications go directly to Affirm under Affirm's privacy policy. Location data used by RunGo Maps and the TowFi apps is described in those apps' policies and in the permission prompts on your device.

Retention

Contact messages are kept for two years. Server logs for 90 days.

Your rights

Residents of Texas, California, and other states with privacy laws may ask what personal information we hold, and ask us to correct or delete it. Use the contact form; we'll respond within the time the law allows. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 on this site.

Changes

We'll post updates here with a new effective date.
